What is AI Coach

The AI Coach is automatically triggered after a user completes a role-play session.

It helps users reflect on their performance before viewing their final evaluation, improving learning outcomes and retention.

Training Flow

Each role-play session now follows this structure:

1. Practice – user completes a role-play
2. Reflection & Coaching – AI Coach session (optional but recommended)
3. Evaluation – user reviews scorecard results

How It Works

After a user submits a role-play:

• The system generates:
  • Call transcript
  • Scorecard evaluation

• Start AI Coaching
• Skip and View Scores
  
  

If the User Starts AI Coaching

• The AI Coach begins a guided conversation
• It uses:
  • Transcript data
  • Scorecard results
• The session includes:
  • Reflection questions
  • Feedback on strengths
  • Suggestions for improvement

 The goal is to help users analyze their own performance before seeing the score

If the User Skips Coaching

• They are taken directly to the evaluation screen
• They can still review:
  • Scorecard
  • Feedback
  • Transcript

What Admins Should Know

• The AI Coach is enabled by default
• No setup or configuration is required
• It is part of every role-play session automatically
• Users can choose whether to engage with it

Recommended Setup

To maximize impact:

• Encourage users to complete coaching before reviewing scores
• Position AI Coach as part of the training workflow
• Include it in onboarding instructions
