How to add user instructions/guidelines

Before users begin their role-play, you can display a short set of guidelines to give them context and help them prepare. These instructions appear directly to users when they start the exercise. To add or edit them, simply go to Options → Settings and Description in your scenario. This is where you can set up the introduction, role-play context, and any additional information you want users to review before recording.

Options

Write user guidelines to give participants context. Add details for your team, such as role-play instructions, scripts, presentation decks, sample calls, or other resources to review before recording. You can attach a file of up to 1 GB.
