How to check and edit user results in PitchMonster?
PitchMonster gives you team-wide performance and individual recordings in a few clicks. Whether you want a quick snapshot or a deep dive into one rep's call, here's how.
Start from the dashboard
When you log in, the Dashboard shows you team activity at a glance:
- Number of role-plays
- Recent recordings
- Overall team statistics
Switch the view between the last 7 days and the last 90 days to check recent activity or a longer trend without leaving the page.

Click the See All button to open the full Analytics view when you want more detail.

Find the role-play
Click Role-plays in the left-hand menu. Each role-play card shows the persona, the title, the number of users and admins assigned, the number of recordings, and the time limit in the top left corner.

Role-plays that aren't fully set up appear as drafts. A role-play saves as a draft automatically until every required field is complete, so you don't have to finish the whole setup in one sitting.
While a role-play is a draft you can't invite users to it. The Invite button is greyed out, and hovering over it tells you the setup is incomplete. This stops reps being sent into a role-play with no scorecard or a half-built persona.

The Performance page
Open a role-play and the Overview page shows:
- The role-play goal
- User guidelines
- Date created and last updated
- A persona preview: photo, name, title, opening line, voice and accent
- Status (Setup incomplete or Published), language, and role-play duration

Role-play Performance Page
Open Performance on the role-play and you get:
- A period selector
- A chart showing improvement over time
- Average team scores across all recordings
- A team scorecard showing strengths, weaknesses and trends

Reviewing recordings
Open the Recordings tab on the role-play.
Recordings show in a table by default. You can switch back to the tile view with the toggle if you prefer it.
The table gives you the role-play name, who completed the recording, the attempt number, status (feedback received or not), the score, and an action to open the review.

Checking one user's results
- On the role-play, click the Users tab.
- Choose a user.
You'll see their best score, their average score, and a detailed scorecard across each skill area.

Reviewing an individual recording
Open an attempt and you can:
- Watch or listen to the recording
- Read the transcription
- See AI recommendations on the right, covering talk ratio, speech pace and phrasing
- Check goal completion (achieved or not achieved)
- Read team comments
- See the score broken down by category, such as Intro, Discovery and Presentation
- Open the AI Coach, if your plan includes it
Each section shows whether the key points were covered, with AI suggestions on what to fix.

Editing and commenting on results
You can overwrite the AI's results. Click an item in the agenda checklist, for example "Agenda setting - set expectations for the call", and the system marks that step as covered. The overall score updates to match.

Use the comment section for structured feedback. Timestamped comments pin your feedback to an exact moment in the recording, and reps see them alongside the playback.
The leaderboard
The leaderboard shows reps where they rank, both across the company and on an individual role-play. A rep opening their dashboard sees their team rank, and can click through for the full standings. You can always turn the leaderboard off.
Four levels of review
- Dashboard for quick team-wide stats
- Role-play Overview for setup, persona and status
