How to check and edit user results in PitchMonster?
PitchMonster makes it easy to review both team-wide performance and individual user recordings—all in just a few clicks. Whether you want a quick snapshot or a deep dive into one user’s performance, here’s how to do it.
Starting from the Dashboard
When you log in, the Dashboard gives you an instant overview of team activity, including:
- Number of role-plays
- Recent reports
- Overall team statistics
This high-level view helps you quickly assess how actively your team is practicing.

Reviewing role-play results
1. Click on the Role-plays icon in the left-hand menu.
2. Select the role-play you want to analyze.
3. You’ll land on the overview page for that role-play.
There, you'll see:
- A chart showing improvement over time
- Average team scores based on all recordings
- A team scorecard highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and trends

Checking individual user results
1. On the role-play overview, click Users in the top section.
2. Choose a user to view their results.
You’ll see:
- Best score
- Average score
- A detailed scorecard outlining key skill areas and performance
Reviewing individual recordings
When viewing a user’s attempt, you can:
- Watch or listen to the recording
- See the transcription on the left
- View AI recommendations on the right (e.g. talk ratio, speech pace, phrasing tips)
- Score breakdown by category (e.g. Intro, Discovery, Presentation, etc.)

Each section shows whether key points were covered, along with AI suggestions for improvement.
Editing & commenting on results
You can overwrite AI results if needed—scores will update automatically. When you click on an item in the agenda checklist (for example, “Agenda setting – set expectations for the call/meeting”), the system recognizes that this step was covered during the call. As soon as you mark it, the overall score automatically updates to reflect the improvement.

Use the comment section to leave structured feedback:
- What went well

- Areas to improve

Users will be able to view your comments directly alongside the playback.
Summary
You can review performance at three levels:
- Dashboard → Quick team-wide stats
- Role-Play Overview → Charts + team analysis
- User View → Individual breakdown + recordings + AI insights
