# How to check your recordings and results in PitchMonster?

When you log in, the **Dashboard** gives you an instant overview of your activity, including:

- **Number of role-plays**
- **Recent reports**
- **Overall team statistics (if enabled)**

 This high-level view helps you quickly assess how actively you are practicing.

### **Reviewing role-play results**

1\. Click on the **Role-plays** icon in the **left-hand menu**.

2\. Select the **role-play** you want to analyze.

3\. You’ll land on the **overview page** for that role-play.

### **Checking recordings**

 1\. On the role-play overview, click **Reports** in the top section.

2\. Choose a recording to view the  results.  When viewing your attempt, you can:

- **Watch or listen** to the recording
- See the **transcription** on the left
- View **AI recommendations** on the right (e.g. talk ratio, speech pace, phrasing tips)
- **Score breakdown** by category (e.g. Intro, Discovery, Presentation, etc.)

Each section shows whether key points were covered, along withAI suggestions for improvement.
