How to edit settings for an existing role-play
Everything (except the language and role-play type) in a role-play stays editable after you publish it. Change the persona, tighten the scorecard, swap the voice, adjust the time limit.
How to get there
1. Click Role-plays in the left-hand menu.
2. Find the role-play you want to change.
3. Click the three dots in the top right corner of its card. Choose Edit role-play.

From the role-play itself: open it, then click Edit in the top right corner of the page.

The editor opens with all five steps down the left, so you can jump straight to the one you need.
What you can change
Your user - your company, the product or service, the product link, and the role your rep is playing.
Persona - the buyer's name, title and company, their photo or 3D avatar, and their voice.
Scenario - the context, conversation steps, objections, and the conversation starter.
Scorecard - the goal, the metrics and points, and the knowledge base files.
General settings - user guidelines and files for reps, the recording time limit, the role-play name, the card colour, and the toggles for webcam video, screen share and ring-back tone.
Click Save role-play when you're done. Nothing applies until you do.
Two things worth knowing
Clearing a required field turns the role-play into a draft. Reps assigned to it can still open their past results, but they can't start a new attempt until you fill the field back in and save. If you're mid-edit and want the role-play to stay live for the team, finish the change in one sitting.
Testing a change? Duplicate first. The same three dots menu has Duplicate. Edit the copy, run it yourself, then apply the change to the original once you're happy. Your reps' recordings and scores on the live role-play stay untouched.
