How to edit settings for an existing role-play

You can easily edit the settings of an existing role-play to adjust configurations and improve the experience.

To edit a role-play:

1. Click on the Role-plays icon in the left-hand menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the role-play you want to modify.
   
   
3. Click the Options button in the top-right corner of the screen.
   
   

What you can edit:

• General Setup: Rename your role-play or change the role-play type.
  
  
• General Settings: Update user guidelines and attach additional files.
  
  
• Recording Time Limit: Adjust how long users have to complete their recording.
  
  
• Voice Settings: By default, we recommend switching to Advanced Voice for all existing role-plays.
  
  
• Scorecard: Edit the scorecard used to evaluate submissions. (You can find the best practice guide here).
  
  

✅ Remember to click “Save” after making any changes to apply your updates.
