How to export data in PitchMonster

This guide shows how to export call results, transcripts, and user/admin lists to CSV for reporting. You can export per role‑play or across your whole workspace.



A. Export results of recordings (CSV)

Export a CSV of every call ever recorded with learner names, score, and more. For a walkthrough, see: How to export role-play recordings




B. Export transcripts (PDF)

You can export the text transcript of any single recording.

  1. Open a specific Recording.

  2. In the Transcription panel, click the Export icon (next to the play controls), and download transcript in PDF.

Tip: Use the recordings CSV for aggregate metrics, and transcript exports for qualitative review and coaching.



C. Export users and admins lists (CSV)

Export current users or admins for audits and access reviews.

  1. Go to User management.

  2. Select the Users or Admins tab.

  3. Click Export list as CSV (top right).

  4. Your CSV will download with first and last names, emails, join dates.

Permissions

  • Only workspace admins can export workspace‑wide recordings and user/admin lists.

  • Managers may export data limited to their teams, depending on your setup.
