How to share role-play access with other Admins?

You can share access to role-play with admins to a role-play so they can:

• Review recordings within that role-play.
  
  
• Provide feedback to users.
  
  
• Appear in the drop-down list for sellers to select when submitting their best effort for review (if "Request to review by admin" feature is enabled)
  How to Assign an Admin:

1. Go to the Role-plays section in the left-side menu.

2. Click the three dots icon (⋮) next to the role-play you want to share coaching access for. Select Collaborate from the menu.

 

3. Type the admin's email or select them in the dropdown.

4. Click Assign to save.

The admin will now have access to review and coach reps on that role-play.
