How to whitelist a domain?

Sometimes PitchMonster emails may get stuck in spam or be rejected by your email provider. To prevent this, please whitelist our domain and sender address.

Here’s a template you (or your IT team) can use:

Subject: Please Whitelist PitchMonster Domain

Hi {First Name},
Hope you’re doing well. Could you add the PitchMonster domain and sender address to your email allowlist so our emails don’t get stuck in spam or get rejected?

Email: info@pitchmonster.io

This will help our users receive their platform invitations without issues.
