For the best experience with PitchMonster role-plays, make sure your setup meets these requirements.

1. Use a Chromium-Based Browser

We recommend using:

• Microsoft Edge
  
  

Other browsers like Safari or Firefox are less stable and may cause issues.

2. Close Unnecessary Tabs and Applications

To improve performance:

• Close extra browser tabs.
  
  
• Quit any non-essential applications (especially video or audio tools running in the background).
  
  

3. Keep Your Browser Up to Date

An outdated browser can cause problems with permissions or recordings.

• In Chrome or Edge, click the three-dot menu in the top right.

4. Internet Connection

• Minimum: 3 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload

5. Reduce Background Noise

While not a strict requirement, minimizing background noise improves:

• The clarity of your voice recordings.
  
  
• The accuracy of voice recognition and scoring.
  
  
• The overall quality of your training sessions.
  
  

Try to join role-plays in a quiet environment or use a headset with noise reduction.
