# Using the AI Coach after your role-play

### What Happens After a Role-Play?

After you submit a role-play, you’ll see two options:

- **Start AI Coaching**
- **Skip and View Scores**

### What Is the AI Coach?

The AI Coach is a virtual coach that helps you reflect on your performance immediately after your role-play.

It uses:

- Your conversation transcript
- Your evaluation results

### How the Training Flow Works

Each session follows this structure:

1. **Practice** – complete your role-play
2. **Reflection & Coaching** – optional AI coaching session
3. **Evaluation** – review your score and feedback

### What Happens During AI Coaching

If you start the AI Coach:

- You’ll have a short conversation with the AI
- It may ask questions like: 
    - “How did you feel about the conversation?”
    - “What was your approach here?”
- It will: 
    - Highlight what you did well
    - Point out areas to improve
    - Help you reflect on your decisions

This is a **guided reflection**, not just feedback.

### What You’ll Experience

The AI Coach may:

- Show a specific moment from your role-play
- Ask how you handled it
- Help you think about alternative approaches

This helps you:

- Build awareness
- Improve decision-making
- Strengthen communication skills

### Can You Skip It?

Yes.

You can skip coaching and go directly to your results at any time.

However, coaching is recommended because it helps you get more value from each role-play.
