Webhooks in PitchMonster
Webhooks allow PitchMonster to automatically send real-time data to your systems whenever specific events occur in the platform.
Instead of manually checking for updates, PitchMonster notifies your tools instantly when something important happens—making it easy to automate workflows and keep everything in sync.
Available Events
PitchMonster can trigger webhooks for key actions such as:
-
recording.completed→ when a role-play recording is finished -
recording.feedback-received→ when feedback is submitted
How It Works
-
An event occurs in PitchMonster (e.g. a recording is completed)
-
PitchMonster sends the event data to your configured endpoint
-
Your system receives the data and processes it (e.g. store it, trigger an action, send a notification)

Example Use Cases
-
Automatically send completed recordings to your CRM
-
Notify a Slack or Microsoft Teams channel when feedback is received
-
Trigger hiring or evaluation workflows in tools like Greenhouse
-
Sync PitchMonster activity with internal dashboards or databases
