How to create a new role-play?
Here’s how you can quickly create a new role-play for your team:
1. Open the Role-play section
Click the Role-plays icon in the left-side menu.

In the top-right corner, click the New button. Select Add Role-play from the dropdown.

3. Select the language
A setup window will appear. Choose the desired language for the role-play and click Get Started.

Define what you want your team to practice. Example: "Cold call with CIO" or "Handling objections during a sales call". That’s going to be the title of your role-play. Click Next to proceed.
Select the format that best fits your training needs:
🎯 Face-to-face with avatar – Great for preparing for meetings, offline sales, or door-to-door interactions.
📞 Phone conversation – Ideal for phone sales practice and cold calling.
🖥️ Screen sharing session – Perfect for practicing slide sharing or product demos.

Choose from:
🧠 AI Scenario – interactive AI-driven scenarios. We recommend choosing this option.
📇 Flashcards – quick Q&A practice.
📝 No Scenario – single topic/question role-play that matches your title.
