How to share your screen during a role-play

You can now share your screen while practicing your AI role-plays — just like in Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams. This helps you simulate real-life demos or presentations while talking to the AI persona.

 Step 1: Start your role-play

  1. Go to your Dashboard and open the role-play assigned to you.

  2. Click Start Recording.

  3. Wait for the AI persona to begin the conversation.

Step 2: Turn on screen sharing

When your role-play begins, you’ll see a Screen Share button above your camera view.

  1. Click the Screen Share icon.
    Screenshare button

  2. Choose what you’d like to share:

    • A browser tab

    • A window

    • Or your entire screen

You’ll see a preview of what’s being shared.
The AI will continue to interact with you while you present.

Step 3: Turn it off (and back on) anytime

You can start and stop screen sharing during your call — for example:

  • Do your discovery questions first (camera only)

  • Then click Share Screen to show your demo or slides

  • When you’re done, click Stop Sharing to return to camera view

 Step 4: Finish and review

When you end the role-play, you’ll see your recording, transcript, and AI feedback as usual.
If you shared your screen, it will appear next to your camera video in the recording.

The AI currently evaluates your speaking and flow, but does not analyze what’s on your shared screen.
